Terms of Use for Apps by Wuhan Ananta Technology Co., Ltd.
These Terms apply to the mobile applications and related services published by Wuhan Ananta Technology Co., Ltd.
Wuhan Ananta Technology Co., Ltd. makes apps available to you subject to these Terms of Use. Do not use the apps if you do not accept these Terms of Use. If you use the apps, you accept these Terms of Use.
1. Use of Apps
1.1 You agree to use the apps only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms of Use and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the download, installation, and use of the apps.
1.2 By using the apps, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the applicable Privacy Policy for each app.
1.3 You agree that Wuhan Ananta Technology Co., Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any content accessed from the apps or third-party websites. You agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the apps.
1.4 You acknowledge that the apps may communicate with our servers or third-party services from time to time to provide features, check for updates, fix bugs, or improve functionality.
1.5 We may stop providing any app or any feature within an app permanently or temporarily at our discretion, without prior notice to you. If access is disabled, you may be prevented from accessing the app or certain features.
1.6 You may not distribute, publish, or send through an app:
- any spam, unsolicited advertisements, solicitations, commercial messages, informational announcements, or promotional messages of any kind;
- chain mail;
- numerous copies of the same or substantially similar messages;
- empty messages or messages that contain no substantive content;
- very large messages or files that disrupt a server, account, newsgroup, or chat service; or
- any message or content that is categorized as phishing, fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
2.1 Some of our apps may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. The subscription title, subscription duration, and price are displayed clearly on the purchase screen in the app before you confirm your purchase.
2.2 Subscription prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, promotions, or Apple's pricing rules. The price shown in the app and on the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your purchase.
2.3 Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
2.4 Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions after purchase in your Apple ID account settings.
2.5 If a free trial or introductory offer is available, any unused portion of the free trial period may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
3. Privacy Policy
Each app has a Privacy Policy that explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed for that app. Please review the applicable Privacy Policy before using an app or purchasing a subscription.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 The apps and all content included in or made available through the apps, including user interfaces, text, graphics, pictures, sounds, videos, data, applications, and other content, are owned by Wuhan Ananta Technology Co., Ltd., our licensors, or our content suppliers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution of such content except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is prohibited.
4.2 We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of the apps. You may not download, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any app or any portion of an app for a commercial purpose without our express written consent. Unauthorized use of the apps will immediately terminate the limited license granted by us.
5. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
5.1 We do not warrant that the apps, their functions, or their content will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or fitness for use of any offers, advertisements, or third-party content presented in connection with the apps. The apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree that your use of the apps is at your sole risk.
5.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable to you for any damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the apps. Our liability for monetary damages for any claims that you may have against us is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app or related subscription, where such limitation is permitted by applicable law.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the apps after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms of Use.
